I'm Michelle Carn, a Jacksonville native and mortgage loan officer with First Coast Mortgage Funding. Since 2012, I've helped more than 1,000 families navigate home financing with honest guidance, clear communication, and a full support team behind every loan. I work with first-time buyers, military families, self-employed borrowers, homeowners, and real estate investors across a wide range of loan programs, including conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, renovation, Non-QM, construction, refinancing, and investment loans. I'm passionate about helping clients understand the full financial picture so they can make confident decisions about their homes and futures. Outside of work, I'm a wife, mom of two daughters, dog mom, and lifelong First Coast resident who loves spending time with my family and boating.
